1 Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between n bajj (nbajj.bet) and its users. n bajj is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries.

N bajj may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately upon verification.
• Funds deposited from a minor's account will not be refunded.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

N bajj supports a range of payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum deposit limits.

All deposits must be made from your own account. Transactions using payment methods registered in a third party's name will be declined, and the account may be subject to investigation.

• Deposits are usually credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• N bajj does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, n bajj reserves the right to hold funds until verification is complete.
• All large transactions will be reported in compliance with anti-money laundering laws.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from n bajj. Withdrawals cannot be processed until the KYC process is complete.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. A separate approval is required to withdraw via a different method.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification and can take 3–5 business days to process.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• N bajj reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• There may be a limited window to cancel a withdrawal request after it has been submitted.

6 Betting Terms & Conditions

Once a bet is placed on n bajj, it is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled due to user error, so please review everything carefully before confirming your bet.

• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a bet is delayed due to connectivity issues during live betting, the updated odds at the time of acceptance will apply.
• N bajj sets the maximum bet amount per event, which may vary depending on the event.
• N bajj may void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• If any evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found, all related bets will be voided.
• Bets on abandoned or suspended matches will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

N bajj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page.

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. n bajj reserves the right to determine eligibility.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user. Any attempt to claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Managing multiple accounts or using someone else's account.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.

• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users or n bajj staff.
• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

N bajj reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason.

N bajj is not obligated to provide a reason for account closure, though an explanation is generally given in cases that do not involve a rule violation. If your account is closed, you may request a refund of any valid balance, but pending bets and bonuses will be cancelled.

• Users may also request to close their account at any time.
• Please ensure all withdrawals are completed before closing your account.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.
